Minerva’s Battle Against Leukemia Cancer

Hello my name is Juan, I am the son of Minerva Lara. I created this fundraiser because our family has been greatly impacted during these difficult times.

My family and I had to adjust our schedule to support my mother in her battle against Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia. In February she was eligible for a stem cell transplant after I took her to the emergency room and she was found to be unstable…that's when everything changed. Chemotherapy took its toll on her body and the medical team began to wonder if they could handle the next step to save her life. Unfortunately, the leukemia affected his central nervous system, affecting his mobility/motor abilities and his symptoms were exactly those of someone with a tumor. Brain. My mother needs 24/7 care and will have to live in complete isolation for the next few months. This means she can't be exposed to anything that could make her sick or have deadly consequences. It is difficult to solve this problem because it seems that every month we have a new wave of viruses appearing in society. Due to her condition, her immune system was compromised. And she has to live in extremely sterile conditions. My whole family made sacrifices in the hope of seeing a better future. But especially my aunt, Paula, who took time off work and did a lot of the housework to make sure my mom had everything she needed. She is a lucky one. Unfortunately, this is a financial burden and hospital bills continue to pile up every week. I'm sure we'll sort it all out, but I want to set up a fund to support my mom so money is the last thing she has to worry about. All profits will be used to pay for medical care, quality food and help my aunt as she has to take time off work to take care of my mom 24/7. I sincerely thank you for taking the time to read this article and if donating is something you can't do at the moment, I totally understand. If you could share this video, I would be very grateful. God bless you.
